Andrea Murillo is a multifaceted artist shaping movement and narrative across stage, screen, and live experiences. Rooted in performance and storytelling, she crafts dynamic worlds through physicality, direction, and visual design. As an educator and collaborator, she empowers others to explore the body’s expressive potential.
She has performed globally with the Martha Graham Dance Company, portrayed Lady Macbeth in Punchdrunk’s Sleep No More, and toured with major circus productions. Most recently, she performed leading roles in the immersive productions Life and Trust (NYC) and The Death of Rasputin. Her co-directed and self-produced work, Eventide, premiered internationally, and her dance film Conduit was screened at Lincoln Center's Dance on Camera Festival. Andrea has choreographed for commercial clients including Google, Lululemon, and MM.LaFleur, and most recently choreographed the upcoming television series The Artist, set to release this year. She has taught masterclasses for YoungArts, serves as a dance instructor throughout major New York dance institutions, and is a graduate of Terry Knickerbocker’s two-year Meisner program. Currently, Andrea collaborates as a creative director for theater and film projects, bringing her expertise and vision to each new endeavor.
